End dates in Timeline

I enjoy looking at the Timeline tab to see related events ordered by time. But some events don't occur on a single day, such as military service and marriages. It would be very nice to see the end dates for these longer term events on the timeline. For example, can you include a "discharge" event, when available? And a "divorce" date as well? There might be other types of events that have long intervals, but these 2 seem to be fairly common.
