Root certificate expiry issues need a Help Center document?

While discussing an interesting issue with FamilySearch Feedback with @LDS Search Test I learned that recent issues with certain root certificates could prevent users on older expired life-cycle OSes (a fancy way of saying no longer supported Operating systems) from viewing FamilySearch through Chrome browser. Apparently Chrome relies upon the OS to update root certificate - or something along those lines. Anyway the solution suggested for these users?

“However, Firefox is currently unique among browsers — it ships with its own list of trusted root certificates.”

Just a gem to pass along before your OS expires I guess.
