You are much more likely to get a response when posting in the Nordic group, since its focus is on helping people with places like Denmark.

    As it happens, I know Danish and can help you. Here's a translation of the record:

    On 18 February 1759 [was born and on] the 21st was baptized Hans Pedersen's (of Ellede [a place within the Raklev parish]) daughter Mette. The child was carried [to the font] by Anders Jensen's wife in Ellede. The godparents were Melchior Olsen of Nostrup [anotherp lace within the Raklev parish], Boel Olsdatter of the same place, Anders Jensen's servant[,?] Mads Harsen [likely should be Hansen] of Ellede, Jens Jensen of the same place, Anna Michelsdatter of the same place, Jens Jensen of the same place.
