When using Search> Records - have option Not a Match in Results list

Disclaimer: I assume the Record Hints are generated from the same type Search as Search> Records.

Currently this is done in Record Hints - the hint can be accepted or marked as Not a Match.

This option would allow family historians the option to proactively mark Not a Match when searching for specific persons through Search> Records.

Advantage: More efficient marking of records Not a Match. This would be helpful to discard those Search Results in this way because this is a list FS returns on all Records in the system versus Record Hints where some automated process/search is generating hints and presenting them to 'family' one at a time. If a researcher is searching them - give them the opportunity to exhaust all knowledge about the person.
