I reviewed and submitted a batch of 1,100 names from the New York City directory on 8/23/21 at about 10 pm MDT. After I exited the batch, I found "My indexing totals" didn't update (I keep track daily of how many names I review each day). I know they have problems on the weekends keeping up and we have to wait til the next day to see the updated numbers, but when I logged in this morning, it still hadn't updated. I noticed that my 2 week log-in limit expired, and I had to re-log in w/name & password. Is my batch in limbo because my log-in expired, and it didn't know how to credit the 1,100 names?

It takes time for the system to update numbers. They aren't lost.

If you look on the Web Indexing page, look at the progress section of the page and click on projects - and look at the numbers there. They seem to update quicker than the charts section. Heavenly Father knows the efforts you have put forth and there are blessing involved with this work! His computer is always on, correct and never has a router or server fail.
