Improved Merge Experience

✨Note: This space is ONLY for posts related to the Improved Merge Experience Lab Experiment. Please refrain from posting general questions that are unrelated to this topic. ✨

This FamilySearch Lab was created to explore innovative ways to reduce incorrect merges. Our initial focus includes:

  • Identifying merge issues before users submit a merge.
  • Eliminating unnecessary decisions, such as choosing between identical conclusions.
  • Allowing users to provide explanations when overriding system recommendations.

We thank you for your feedback!
