I am helping a friend
While helping my friend with her tree, I was looking at her grandfather Hans Jessen Hansen LDMJ-FKK. When I look in the memories tab I noticed that most of the entries were white. When I click on them it told me to refresh my screen which I did, then it told me to check back….I did and after a few days of refreshing the memories are still whited out…nothing showing at all. The name of the file is still there and the submitter but nothing more. Anyone know what happened???????

Using your PID, I see the same issue. I do see there are four memories that do appear. And yet, all the other tiles are white. Hmmm. I'm not certain why this is happening…..
I will share this information with those who can get a better answer. Please ask your friend to be patient while I investigate further.

I discussed this with the Memories Team. Unfortunately, at the time these images were Uploaded, it appears that the images did not fully upload.
You indicated that you were helping a friend. If that friend is the individual who uploaded those images (user name is tomhansen1), then the easiest solution would be to have that individual upload the images again.
If you do not know tomhansen1, then we will need the back-end team to take a closer look. Which will require a longer process. And we can’t promise that those images will ever be available.
