I am helping a friend

While helping my friend with her tree, I was looking at her grandfather Hans Jessen Hansen LDMJ-FKK. When I look in the memories tab I noticed that most of the entries were white. When I click on them it told me to refresh my screen which I did, then it told me to check back….I did and after a few days of refreshing the memories are still whited out…nothing showing at all. The name of the file is still there and the submitter but nothing more. Anyone know what happened???????

Using your PID, I see the same issue. I do see there are four memories that do appear. And yet, all the other tiles are white. Hmmm. I'm not certain why this is happening…..

I will share this information with those who can get a better answer. Please ask your friend to be patient while I investigate further.

And thank you for sharing. I am interested to know what is happening.
