Some dismissed hints do not appear in the Dismissed Helps list
Today, I received four weaker hints for a single profile. After I had dismissed them all, only three of the hints had been added to the Dismissed Helps list. Here is a screenshot for the Dismissed Helps display for Isaac Harrison (KP4V-QKV). It shows only three entries for the Cumbria parish records collection:
Here is a screenshot of My Contributions, showing that four hint were dismissed:
I think that the missing entry was from a different collection (Cumberland parish registers). I have seen this behaviour several times before over a period of months. The profile change log does not display entries for dismissed hints, so it doesn't shed any light.
What has happened to the fourth hint?

@JulianBrown38 When I viewed the Change Log for Isaac, I could see the fourth record hint that was dismissed. I don't know why it is not showing in the rejected area, but the system has not lost it completely, and your reason statement is intact.
