"Feedback" tab
I have tried many times to use the "Feedback" tab but every time I get an error:
An error has prevented the requested action. Please visit the FamilySearch Community for help or to report an issue.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi @GaryClement. Usually it's a browser issue from ad- or pop-up-blockers. I have the same issue when I use Firefox, so I copy the link into Chrome and go from there.

The feedback button uses a third party: Usabilla.com . Although links and the associated scripts to these other organisations can be inoccuous, the browser cannot know whether it is safe beforehand. The security and privacy settings vary between browsers, and add-ons attempt to fail-safe rather than allow by default. If you really need to use the feature and your browser appears to be preventing it, you should check your security and privacy settings for usabilla.com:
"Usabilla is a self-service, cloud-based enterprise software-as-a-service platform helping category leaders capture real-time visual user feedback and deploy hyper targeted micro-surveys to measure customer, user, and employee experience on the web, in iOS and Android apps, and within emails."
Hmm, lots of words, but I'm no wiser. "Hyper targeted" makes me think that whoever wrote it doesn't know what Hyper means.

Sounds as if AI wrote that.

Is this still happening? If so, here are some suggestions that might help.
I know this sounds dumb, but have you rebooted your system?
Have you cleared the cache & cookies out of your browser? This link will take you to a tool that will clear only the FamilySearch cookies.
Does the feedback error happen every time you click the feedback button or only on certain pages?
Have you checked your ad- and pop-up blockers in your browser as @GFre suggested?
Please let us know if you have been able to fix this.

My impression of hyper-targeted would be a 5 year old, extremely excited and energetic, but fixated on the one thing they're excited about.
