Error When Trying to Sign Up for an Account
Dear FamilySearch Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am experiencing an issue while trying to sign up for an account on your website. Whenever I attempt to create a new account, I receive the following error message: "Something went wrong, try again later."
I have tried several times, cleared my browser cache, and used different devices, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can complete my registration?

Hi, I would suggest you call the help line at 866 406 1830 and they can help you. Hours are 8am to 8pm M-Sat and 1pm to 8pm on Sunday. All times in mountain time.

The issue with creating new accounts is a known issue right now and the engineers are working on it. We have passed on your information, but it is a good idea to call the help line previously mentioned as well.
