Local name not loading
Hi everyone!
I usually quickly review names at Opportunities page.
Using the app I can choose the country and surname to review, but on the web platform I can also choose a specific location, such as state, province, city, etc
But here's a problem now: about a month ago, when I start typing the location name, it only loads "Santo Amaro, Bahia, Brazil" in the default location list. No other city, state, province, district or parish appears on the list, only Santo Amaro and its territorial subdivisions.
I asked other FamilySearch users if the same thing happened to them and they all told me that it worked normally on their accounts. So, I started to believe that the problem is only with my account, as it repeats itself on any computer or device that I use to access FamilySearch.
Would anyone know how this error can be fixed so that the list of standardized locations can be properly loaded on Quick Name Review page?
