Search new problems today
Right now, Search results are not showing attached and hint status icons. And when I attach a source, it still appears to be not attached in the Search results list, on the Record Details page, and in the hints sidebar on the profile Details page.
If this has not already been reported, please escalate to engineers now!

I just tested, and I'm seeing attached and hint icons in search results. Running Windows 10 and Firefox 106.0.3, both fully updated.

I think they are working on it. I am also seeing the attached-to-tree icon again in Search results. However, the attachment still does not appear on the Record Details page.

Sounds like you were working while an update was going on if things were vanishing and coming back again. Maybe they were installing the fix to the bug you reported a couple of months ago in the display of attached similar records where a record would look like it was attached to a random person but was not actually on that person. Will be interesting to hear if you never see that problem again.

The problem persisted for most of yesterday. And it was complex. Most of the historical records I attached early in the day did not get attached.
The changed profiles also did not update on the mobile app, which was unusual.

FamilySearch is probably implementing Alert Note in mobile app (as they promised in another thread). In the mobile app I believe you have to request download/refresh updates to profiles (the profiles do not refresh themselves at a set rate) - I believe.

In the mobile app the Recents list normally updates automatically, without any action by the user. That's not happening.

I'm not seeing that issue on Android -Family Tree app Recents list is updating.

Same problem again today: historical records that are attached to profiles are showing as not attached.
