Family History Center Portal
The portal is not working on one of the computers and I contacted the stake specialist. I was told he was told he could not help with the computers my someone in SL. Could someone walk me through the step to get the portal back on a computer

I would first recommend you clear Internet Cache and Cookies from your computer and secondly download the Chrome Portal Extension and run the installation. The Help Article linked below offers good guidance.
How do we use the FamilySearch center premium content browser extension?
The extension is a bit unstable presently but does sometimes offer consistent usage.

@DavidBeck1 - your hint got a patron out of a quandry tonight on one of our 20 PCs. I had her do Ctrl +Shift +Delete and then refresh. The portal wasn't taking effect before, but now it is on that PC! THANKS
