From the Project Instructions:
- Indexes are images with only a name and reference information, such as page or volume number, with no other information, such as dates, available. Indexes should be marked as No, No Extractable Data.
This certainly seems to be an index rather than a specific type of record. I would probably mark it no extractable data and download another batch.
What Type of Record is This?

Thanks. I wasn't sure since, to me, it could have been anything. I'd just hate to mark it that way if it's not an index and lose that info.

Please provide the batch name and code [XXXX-XXX] so someone can help you further.

It's an alphabetical index, and how (or if) you index the index depends entirely on the specific project's instructions, so as maryellen said: batch, please?

Complicating this - there is a date - but that still doesn't indicate whether it is a death record or birth record, etc. Also there are no reference images for prior/subsequent pages.

@Emily Horton, also whenever a batch is marked NNED, it goes back to a higher review before anything is discarded - Happy indexing!
