Partner sites

So, patrons that are not members of the church, now do not have access to partner sites? Is that correct?

  You don't say exactly what issue you are seeing. Have you seen this thread regarding the change to Portal Access? https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/127214/cant-open-blocked-catalogues-even-inside-family-history-center#latest
