    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

So, that we may be, better able to help/assist ...

Question: WHAT, exactly, is it, that you want?

    Please advise/clarify.

You WILL need to provide, more information/detail, for us to be able to help/assist.

eg. Is your reference about ...

▬ An individual/person, with the "Name" of, Erker John Daughter ALBINA; or,

▬ Albina, the Daughter of, Erker JOHN; or,

▬ Albina, the Daughter of, John ERKER

    Your post/question, is somewhat confusing.

    'Thank You', in advance.

ps: Including: 'Dates' ('Time' Period); and, 'Places' (Locates; and, Countries) ...

    Hello @Deborah2,979

Is your query about Albina Erker, Rausch ID GZ8N-ZYJ?

I see in Family Tree that Albina has a father John Rausch and also a father Johann Erker.

    @Deborah2,979

You can indicate that John Rausch is the step father and that Johann Erker is the biological father if you like.

This knowledge article explains how to do that https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-specify-biological-step-adopted-and-foster-relationships-in-family-tree

You can also indicate multiple names by using the Alternate name feature.

This knowledge article explains how to do that https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-add-nicknames-to-family-tree?articleVariant=public

@Deobrah2,979 w/ question "how to find info. on John Erker"

Welcome to the "help community of volunteers and users"

    Several approaches to your quest.....

    1. find other's who have done research on an individual and contact them for help if you are new to all of this research stuff.....

    OR

    2. do research on your own. (or maybe a combination of both)

Which is your preference? knowing your preferences might help others here give you the best advice to get you started.

for example, option 1. Johann, aka John, Erker, son of Alois, aka Louis Erker and Gertrude Flack has some basic information entered and sourced by users "Jkiglics" or "shannonHelbig" in the collaborative tree under what is called his profile. Johann's profile ID is G7CC-Y3W.

Click on "Jkiglics" name and there is a message button that allows you to reach out to them directly. In this case, Jkiglics, has a sourced tree also at Ancestry.com and might be a good first contact for ideas or help. They have also done a nice job of starting to build the Erker family story with sources here at Family Search Family Tree, .....they have appropriately connected** the family in the United States to the old country and you could access this Erker family info. via the profile i.d. for Johann and than clicking the names of parents and grandparents.

    cheers~

**Sources used by Jkiglics: John's WWI draft registartion, Federal and state census records, ship passenger lists, marriage records, docs with parents residences, names and birth locations and some photos of several related family members.
