What to do when Highlighting drifts then skips whole lines?
It's happened to me several times now: the highlighting drifts down then eventually skips a whole line. I start by typing in names in the correct order, then then there's no way to pick add suffixes, family names etc. and the whole thing becomes a mess. Do I just skip over the person and edit for the name I think the computer assumes comes next? Assume it will be picked up in the family review?

@Paul Mazouat please report the issue with Feedback by clicking on Transcription error and then click "Other" and describe the issue you are seeing. It will be picked up by another reviewer in Name Review if the issue is straightened out and for sure in Family Review. I have replicated doing quite a few and have not seen the issue. If you give me the state you are working on, I will see if I run across it and report it as well.
Thank you so much!

I have been regularly reporting this using the Other button and then stating the row that was missed in the transcription. If it matters, I have been seeing it quite a bit in Kentucky.

@Sheryl Neal Slaughter, I think that we need to remember that if rows were skipped and not highlighted, it could be that they were already reviewed. I would have to see an example. But in the end, those individuals or families will be reviewed by another person. Many times someone will start to review names or a family and then get interrupted. Or they won't be able to finish a page. Another reviewer will be given these pages to finish.
I am glad that you have reported the issue you are seeing if you feel it is not in the category that I have mentioned above. We appreciate your input to help perfect the system.
