Restore a member of church's access to Family Tree
I got a call from an elderly man depressed with the status.
He got different replies on getting restored to his account.
He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in very good standing.
There was a disagreement between him and another (unknown status) user.
He clicked to report abuse of the comment thread.
The report was reviewed and determined it was not an abuse.
He got locked out temporarily.
He called the support, and was told to go to recovery process to get back his account.
He received reply - INVALID in red, saying his membership ID and birth date were not valid.
He called again, and was told his account was DELETED.
His case was referred to higher and higher levels, no resolution. (No he did not violate any abuse rules whatsoever.)
As of now, still "temporarily locked out", 2 weeks or so now.
Seems to me different support giving different answers.

When you say "he was locked out temporarily", do you mean he forgot his password and couldn't get back in, or was he officially suspended from FamilySearch?

No.. He did NOT forget whole bang. I just got a call from this man, he brought all documents to Riverton Family History Center and they reviewed, pinpointed it as a misunderstanding in communication on part of the FamilySearch support. Recovery in process - expecting 2 days.
