Problem with attaching a record
I have been trying to attach records to several people and when I get to the page for attaching, the graph comes up but then there is only a wait circle that never goes away and no names or information fills the graph. I usually spend several hours a week on family search attaching records to family members and have not been able to do anything because of this problem.

This is still a problem... It has been almost a month. My computer has updated but this is still not working. There is a bug somewhere in the last few months of Family Search updates.

Thank You Brett, I cleared all the cookies and it works! I have never had that problem before in 7 years. I have a current supported browser. Thank You again:) Back to work!

Now two weeks later and the attaching page is not working again. I even cleared the cookies again and it is still not working. This is very frustrating. I have tried to work nearly everyday for the past seven years and now am not able to do anything.

It's not you and cookies have nothing to do with it. I was experiencing the same bug on Nov 28, 2021 but not now, a few days later. I hope it lasts.
