Why are the birth records of Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts found in the Barnastable-Essex?

We went to the Massachusetts State Vital Records, 1841-1920 collection and searched for Wilfred Leslie Cash with birth year of 1917. In the search results, we see him born in Rehoboth, Bristol, MA. We do not see a reference to Barnstable-Essex. So, obviously, we getting there a different way from you. Please provide us with details to get us to the place where you see the wrong place name.
