Somehow, I added in my stepdaughter as my husband's former spouse's wife instead of child. I am totally confused as to how to correct this! Also, somehow I got his two daughters under us on the family tree and not under his previous marriage!

Can someone please help?

Do not panic, it can be addressed/fixed ...

That said ...

.

Just in case ...

.

BEFORE, you do anything else ...

.

ADD your Stepdaughter; as, a Child, to the "Couple Relationship" of you and your Husband (her Father).

.

As, your Stepdaughter already exists in "Family Tree", you can do that using her 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID).

.

Add _ Child _ By ID Number _ 1 .

At this stage ...

DO NOT worry about any "Data Problems" (ie. Error Messages) that appear (are created from what you have just done), you will be addressing/fixing that next.

Now ...

That done ...

.

Then you can now "Delete" (ie. "Remove") that INCORRECT "Couple" Relationship between your Husband and his Daughter, that you inadvertently created.

Pictorially ...

.

Delete Relationship _ Edit .

Delete Relationshp _ Couple . Delete Relationshp _ Couple _ Delete .

Indicate you have reviewed relationship, etc; and, continue.
