improve-place-names volounteering

As a new volounteer, I hope you don't mind me making a suggestion.

If the box (containing the acceptable options for placenames) could be moved lower on the page, it would save a lot of time. At the moment, the options hide the unacceptable details entered by the user. This means you have to continuosly toggle as the original details and dates are hidden. It woud double the potential output of acceptable placenames.

    I think that if a stronger statement was shown when people are attaching sources, for example the 1940 census, when the 1935 place is usually "Same Place" or "Same Town" it would encourage people to put the correct place in then and that way there wouldn't be so many to fix later. I know I am careful to do it proprerly now that I have been fixing those placenames as a volunteer. Before I did not take notice of it.
