Greetings!

FamilySearch hint came to me this AM saying that Mary Robison - 1901 94V6-9N2 may be a relative. The record is not connected to any tree. There is very little data recorded on her details page, but the sources listed are for my Mary Bates Robinson. LZ25-V61. Mine died in 1892 in Cache Valley UT. The hinted-Mary Robison died in Indiana in 1910.

Do I ignore? I don't think merging would help. I have all the sources already.

@Sister Enders, You would never merge if the two are different persons. If there are sources that are wrongly attached to the wrong PID then you can un-attach them from the incorrect PID and then attach them to the correct person PID.

I don't think the relationship hinting feature is even saying that the two PIDs are the same person, only that you may be related to the one PID it hints on because the tree shows a relationship to you.

Maybe I am missing something in your post?
