Where do you type in Rev'd or Sir as in Rev'd John Smith, or Sir John Smith? (eg: after Smith)

Any record you are indexing would need to have either a prefix or a suffix field to enter a title. Without those the titles are ignored, unless the project instructions or field helps say something different.

If you are indexing Middlesex records, there is no where to put a male prefix so I have had to ignore any male titles. I queried this months ago in the old indexing chat. I was told this was what was agreed with the original archives.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I am not the kind of person that trawls through endless info but to have this kind of response although possibly a pain is so helpful to one such as myself. I love indexing great opportunity to use ones skill in detective work!
