Is there a way to insert a name that I missed? I tried the add entries but it didn't work on this project. Do I have to change all the rest of the names?

Hi Darlene. There is a way to insert 1 or more entries where you wish, to accommodate skipped names. The “Add multiple entries” icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar that has a plus sign next to a couple of blank boxes will do it. It sits right next to the “Delete entries” trashcan icon. If you click on the add entries icon you get the following form.
In case you’re interested, here are the meanings of all the horizontal toolbars and keyboard shortcuts for some.

@NorrisDarleneMary1 that tool (Add multiple entries) and the associated keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+PlusSign) is not responding for the batch you shared. It seems to be disabled. I don't know if you are experiencing that as the custodian of that batch. @Dellory Matthews experienced this with your shared batch, and I just confirmed that I have the same problem. I will let Dellory, a moderator, advise you about what to do. For now, don't submit the batch so that FS Support can examine it.
As far as your moving on with the indexing, just add the missing name at the end. It will give your Reviewer a little bit of a fit but is perfectly OK to do as far as the finished Indexing and searching for the record is concerned. But, please don't submit it until Dellory gives you the OK.

Is this question answered? As far as helpers being able to use the add entries buttons goes, that is because it is a Shared batch. No one but the indexer or reviewer can add entries.
If it has not been answered then it would be a good idea to do some 'housekeeping'.
First do you use a PC or a iPad? If it is an iPad then turn the iPad to the vertical position. Sometimes iPads decide to refuse to index properly when they are horizontal.
If you use a PC then Go to familysearch.org/cookies and tell it to reset your cookies. If that does not work then make sure your browser is updated. If that does not work t hen go out of your browser then back in. Check to see if it is working properly now. If that fails turn your computer off. Wait a few minutes then turn it back on.
Did any of those fix the problem? If not the next thing is to change your browser. If you use Chrome try Firefox or Edge.

We haven't heard back from @NorrisDarleneMary1 to know whether she was able to add Entries using the usual method described above. She is the final decider on whether the question was answered.
I knew that changes made by a Helper were not saved, but I hadn't realized that certain functions were not available to a Helper. How does it make sense to deny a Helper the ability to run through an Add Entry dialogue or any other function of the Web Indexing Program and for instance talk the new Indexer or Reviewer through the process? I don't see any value in doing that nor any harm in allowing it, but do see potential handicap in disallowing it. After all, the changes won't be saved.

Super, Darlene. So I understand that you had no problem using the "Add an Entry" Icon. Is that correct?

It worked great. The first time I tried it didn't seem to work but when I went back to it there was a blank sheet for me to insert the name, etc. in order.
