Increase size of Muster Roles and Rosters

Many of the muster rolls and rosters batches need more than 40 entries. Suggest that this be increased to 70 or 80.

I have been working for days in US - Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters 1916-1938 Part J. Most of the batches require more than 40 entrees. Suggest expanding to 70 entrees. If they are not filled it is easy to eliminate all blank batches.

Just in case - the 7th icon from the left will let you add up to 99 entries at time. You just need to type a number in the box (much easier than using the arrows).
