Hello, thank you for pointing this out.
The following is an article from the Help Center that may give you additional help you understand why you cannot correct this error. It may also be helpful for you to know that the ability to make edits comes and goes as engineers work on systems and prepare record collections to move to a new system. The new system will fix a lot of the user corrections problems we experience now.
We hope this helps you to understand why this record shows as it does.

Sadly, there are quite a number of this type of error in FamilySearch - involving a number of different "combinations" of English counties.
Unfortunately, FamilySearch does not allocate resources (or has a specific section) for dealing with any metadata errors - which obviously cannot be addressed by users without any administrative rights to edit.
When adding these sources to IDs on Family Tree, just make a note to highlight the incorrect details. There is just nothing else you can do - at least at this point in time.
Incidentally, whilst the link provided above is useful, it does not address this kind of error, which can only be addressed by a FamilySearch employee applying some programming that will change the heading (sometimes it is just the citation) of the (whole) collection, rather than the individual records which are included in it.
