maiden names vs. surnames

I am indexing Virginia marriage records from the 1920's. The form that I am entering data into has fields for husband's parent 1 given name, parent 1 surname, parent 2 given name, and parent 2 surname. The actual county records that I am extracting from has the following fields husband's father's name, and husband's mother's maiden name. My question is: how do I enter the husband's mother's information. As an example, I have a husband name of Elmer Traylor, husband's father's name of Loren Traylor, and husband's mother's maiden name of Mollie Elder. How do I enter Mollie Elder's name into the parent 2 given name and parent 2 surname fields?

It is always better to share your batch. But, since I have been working on these, you do enter the parents in the order they are listed on the document.

Mollie's name in your example would be indexed as

Husband's Parent 2 Given Names: Mollie

    Husband's Parent 2 Surname: Elder

@LambsonJamesIvan1 Why do you think this is incorrect?

The marriage record is for a groom named Elmer Traylor. His Father's Name is Loren Traylor. His Mother's Name is Mollie Elder. Since we don't assume surnames from others in the record, Mollie is recorded with her surname of Elder.
