Where do I find the Military Month, Day, Year to enter for this sheet?

The instructions tell us: "The date at the top of a roster or roll may be used for all entries as the enlistment date if the entries don't contain their own individual enlistment dates."
Your batch is clearly not the first page of the roster since it begins with 299. If you cannot find the beginning of this roster by using the Reference Images as Melissa described above, then you would mark all the date fields blank.
We who look at your shared batch can't see the Reference Images.

Please share your batch in a comment here by copying and pasting the batch link or batch code.
Steps:
- When your batch is open, click Help, just above the toolbar.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options - share the batch link or code

It would be great to see the batch, but, even without it, the field help for Military Year says that you can look back to capture the year for the record (not the month or day, but only the year).
To see the previous and subsequent batches, you need to open the Reference Images. To do that, click on the last icon in the vertical toolbar on your image screen. It looks like an open book. Your image screen will split and you will be able to see the 5 previous images and 5 subsequent images.

Yes, I tried to scroll through previous pages and subsequent pages as Melissa suggested but all of them are the same, continuations with no dates on them and I can't seem to go far enough back or forward far enough to find the first page or any page that shows a date. I will mark the dates blank per your instructions. Thank you for your help and quick response!

The batch link was added in the comments - see the blue link? Even though we can no longer see the reference images in a shared batch and only the instructions, Dellory provided the proper answer and Steven was absolutely correct to mark the dates blank!
