Make changes so that Family History Library questions can be escalated through FS Community or email
I have noticed that queries which involve the Family History Library are answered by advising to the enquirer to contact the Family History Library by telephone.
Why can't such queries be escalated through this Community Forum? I believe that under the "old" system , when there was an email available to Support, it would have been possible to email Support, and request that the email be forwarded to the Family History Library.
Alternatively, make available an email address where the Family History Library can be emailed directly, in the same way as the FS Digital Library, which is a part of the Family History Library, has a direct email. (https://www.familysearch.org/family-history-library/digital-library)
Some example of topics which advise the enquirer to contact the Family History Library by telephone.

The Family History Library can still be contacted by email as well as phone.

Thanks for advising.
Perhaps other moderators will now be aware of this email address and make use of it when replying to queries, or even use it to forward on relevant questions posed in FamilySearch Community
Perhaps also the Family History Library website needs updating to include this email address. If it is there I can't see it https://www.familysearch.org/family-history-library/welcome-to-the-family-history-library
( @N Tychonievich for forwarding on to the relevant area.)

On the Library web site if you click Visit that page shows the contact information.

The Visit page on the Library website shows an email contact for Group Reservations. There is nothing I can see applicable if your query is about something else.

You are correct, I didn't see that.
