It appears that Kansas City is where the oath was administered, but Wichita is where the Petition was filed. Which city do I use for the Event Place?

I think figured it out from another batch: It was M3C7-874.

On these images you would index the event place like the example How to Index a Petition for Naturalization - Form 1 using the place of the swearing of affirmation at the bottom of the forms. Each one will be Kansas City, Missouri.

Image 4 will be marked No, No Extractable Data in Step 1: Images

I can't open your batch. Could you check the code again since this one is unusual. Usually there are more letters than numbers, like M34N-L86.
