    Have your tried Search Wiki?

This is the link to Search Wiki Sicily

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Sicily%2C_Italy_Genealogy

You can also find Search Wiki under the 'Search' tab on most FamilySearch pages. Just click on the tab and then click on Research Wiki and type Sicily in the search bar. Search Wiki is found on most FamilySearch pages by clicking on Search in the top bar and then Search Wiki in the drop down box.

Mik3357 suggested this answer to the question 'How to go beyond FamilySearch available internet records' by John (Jack) Runfola, also about Sicilian records.

"you might also consider visiting the Italy Genealogy Research community group; clicking the title will take you to that group. In the group, as you look at the various Discussions, you will see several questions pertaining to Sicily. I believe that you may find some help by joining this group.

As to other sites, outside of FamilySearch, searching the internet will lead you to other sites that may be of interest; however, you would probably get the best suggestions by raising this question in the above research group."

    Good hunting

    Cedar
