My aunt's personal data is marked deceased when she lives.
I attempted to change my aunt from being deceased back to life. Trying to save the change the system asked if I wanted to give a reason, I stated b/c I spoke with her the evening before and attempted another save. System came back saying something like the data was too critical for me to change but they would look into it. My question is how I can follow what "they" are doing to speed up bringing my aunt back to life??
Thanks, Peter Culican

Understand that Family Tree has a record for your aunt and it is marked as deceased. You attempted to change that status and the system balked at that.
What has happened is that Family Tree recognized that more than one person had worked on your aunt's record and that causes a privacy problem. IF you were the only on who had worked on her record then making it living and consequently being placed into a private space controlled by you would be easy. Living person records are maintained in a private space that only you, the creator of that record, can see. More than one contributor causes problems. Therefore the record was transferred to a System Administrator for action. IF they need more information you will be contacted privately by email or internal messaging. Other than that please be patient the system is functioning normally.

@peterculican . Thank you for asking this question in Communities. We are attaching a link that you can open and read giving the instructions for requesting a change from deceased to living. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-change-the-status-from-deceased-to-living-in-family-tree
You should get confirmation that your request was sent. It may take a few days to be reviewed, but you should get an email stating that your aunt is once again alive.
We wish you much success in your family history endeavors.

I followed these steps for my mother in law a month ago yet I have not been contacted and the record has not been changed. What do I do?
