Why does the batch, which has been completed, keep returning to be done.

Please post the Shared Batch code so we can more accurately help you.
Steps
- Just above the toolbar, click Help.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
- Copy the batch link, and paste it in an email to the helper or post it on the Share Batch, Etc. page on Facebook. The helper can click the link and go directly to the batch.
- Share the batch code so the helper can enter it in the web indexing tool and open the batch.
- A second way to find the batch code is by clicking Batch, then About Batch. The Batch ID is the same as the code.

Hello, @MillerAnnKathryn1 . As @inthegarden has suggested/ requested, and is always best if you want a quick and accurate response, please post the Shared Batch information for your batch.
But, from the “symptoms” you describe, it sounds to me like you may have extra, unneeded blank entries and not more records/ information that need to be indexed. If I am correct, then you just need to delete those extra blank entries using the trashcan icon with the option “all blank entries” and click “Delete.” If this doesn’t help then please Share your Batch information to get the help you need. If this does help, then you can read more details below on why this can happen if you’re interested.
Every Batch provides a default number of blank entries for each image that varies by Project. Think of it as a rough estimate of the number needed. But this does not imply that you must use all of them or conversely that they will be sufficient to index the records in your particular Batch. That is your call as you proceed through your images.
However, if you try to submit without removing the extra blank entries, you will get a message saying that you have multiple errors. These "errors" can easily be removed (or avoided) by deleting the extra blank entries using the trashcan icon. After you've finished indexing all your images, click on the trashcan icon and select the option "all blank entries," click "Delete." The extra entries will vanish. Note that the trashcan icon operates on the whole Batch (i.e., all images), so it is best to finish indexing all your images before removing the extra blank entries.
Likewise, suppose you need additional entries to complete indexing any given image. In that case, you can add them one by one using the prompt "Add Entry x" at the end of your indexing form or in bulk using the + icon next to the trashcan icon.

Thanks for sharing your batch.
In Quality check do you see any unused entries? If so, you need to delete them.
I see 6 entries and the last 2 are blank and not needed.

I now see 5 entries - so need to delete the last one that is blank - leaving 4 entries for the 4 marriages
Also BTW we don't assume the bride or groom's mother's surnames - those fields should be <blank> on all entries
