Who were parents of Zachariah Reid/Read Sr. who died in Putnam Co. Ga. 1823?

Zachariah Reid/Read was married to Ginny Adams in 1790 in Greene Co. Ga. Shortly thereafter married Mary Polly Lawrence. Two known children were James Madison Read and Zachariah L. Reid, born 1801 in Green Co. Ga.
