Record hint doesn't populate

There is a record hint for ID LJH3-7NC that does not populate correctly. When you click on it the thumbnail comes up but not the specific obituary. Can this be fixed or should I dismiss the record hint?

I tried this. I suspect that the problem may relate to the sheer size of the file. The obituary you want is number 33553 out of 35181. To get to it I had to look at the thumbnails and scroll down until they were all loaded which took a while even with a relatively fast internet connection.
