You will find the answer by going to the Help Center (click on the '?' at the top of most FamilySearch pages). Type in 'Relationship viewing' in the search bar, and click on the article entitled, "Relationship Viewing: How do I turn on or off....."

How do I share relationships with other persons having the same interest in a tree
As the Help Center article explains, the relationship viewing feature on Family Tree is all-or-nothing.
If you want to share only with other contributors you choose to engage with, you can give them the Family Tree person ID of one of your relevant ancestors who is deceased. The other contributors then can view their relationship to that person, which approximates their relationship to you.

About the relationship sharing, both people who share an ancestor, must have the Relationship Viewing box checked in their Setting, under Permissions, for it to work. You may want to message another user, and ask them if they are interested. Use the article link below:
