Hello, I have some names reserved for Sealing to Spouse and Sealing to Parents. On further research, I see that some of these individuals do not have any prior work done (Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory, Endowment). It used to be advised that all prior work should be done before doing any sealings. Is that still the case, or am I okay to do the sealings without any of the other work being done?

If you received the names from Ordinances Ready you can complete them. While it is preferred ordinance be done in order, sometimes sealing are and can be done out of order and will become effective after the earlier ordinances are complete.

sealings done out of order - are none the less valid

but this is the policy on order of temple work

I don't think simply because they come out in Ordinance Ready - is to be interpreted as an exception to the policy.
