I would really appreciate any assistance that you can give with finding the biological father of Ernst Adolf Svensson's (born 23 June 1887) although it may be something that happened too long ago. He was my husband's grandfather. He emigrated to the USA where he was known as Ernest Swanson and died in 1965. Through research and a DNA test we have identified his mother as Anna Lovisa Anderdotter born 6 Oct 1858 Kalv, Västra Götaland, Sweden. She was married at the time of his birth but her husband was living in Minnesota, USA. She later had another illegitimate child although she married that father after her first husband died. On his marriage certificate, Ernst said that his father's first name was also Ernest (Ernst} but we don't know if he really knew this to be the case. I can give you access to my tree on Ancestry if this would help.

I will attach a number of relevant documents.

Thank you.

Claire Swanson
