Can't find a half brother that I think lived in Denver. I believe he had died last yr
I need the information on a half brother for settling an estate. I need to know when and where he passed and the date. His name is Richard Ayers, approximately 76 or approximately. I now he married an Asian girl and her name is Lee and had an daughter, maybe her name was Lee. Not sure which one. Thank you for helping me with this' Jean Smith (Ayers)

A PID of one of his parents would be helpful.
This type of question really isn't what Family Tree is good for, because living persons are excluded. Have you considered using a commercial forensic genealogy company? They are very good at solving this exact problem.

Then it appears his mother is https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LRP2-G93
As you can see, her page does not have a 1940 census record attached. You could work on that. [Edit to delete more comment that belongs in another discussion.]
