In this batch [M376-WLD] from the Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters, the last two

entries are officers, and only their ranks are listed in the "When Enlisted" column. According to the project instructions, you can use other dates, but does anyone know which of the dates in their information would be best to use, if any? Perhaps the first date listed in their respective "Remarks" column?

Check the reference pages, one of the previous pages should show a date. If not, then mark it blank.

Field Help for Military Day states in bullet point 3 and 4 the priority of what date to use.

"The date at the top of a roster or roll may be used for all entries as the military date if the entries don't contain their own individual enlistment dates.

When multiple dates are present on the image, please choose the military day based on the following hierarchy:

1. Enlistment date

2. Muster roll or monthly roster date

3. Any other applicable military date

If more than 1 enlistment date was given, use the earliest date."

There are plenty of dates on the page to chose from so just use the priority list to decide which one to use.
