Yes, except for instructions to the contrary (e.g. Don't do elected officials) you index (once) any person named including employers, those embedded in ads, the name of the person at whose house the principal lives etc. EDIT: As we usually caution questioners, for the best, most informed advice, please share your batch information as @FGGM requests below. My answer assumes that you are working on the City Directories Project.

To give you an accurate answer we need you to share with us the batch Number.
Here is how to find the info you need to share your batch:
Steps:
- When your batch is open, click Help, just above the toolbar.
- On the drop-down menu, click Share Batch.
- The Share Batch window opens, giving you two options:
Copy the batch link
Share the batch code

Thank you for sharing your batch code and for your service indexing.
Your work looks terrific!
Yes, Entry 11 is correct. Barnard White is the name of a person and should be indexed.
Yes, Entry 24 if correct. The employer name Hoffheimer should be indexed.
Yes, Entry 36 is correct. The name P. Herbert should be indexed.
This is as far as I reviewed your work.
The Project Instructions>What to Remember>Bulletpoint #5 instructs: "Index names of employers and employees. When indexing business names, index the names of individuals only." You seem to be following this instruction.
I hope you continue to enjoy indexing as much as I do!
Best!
