Why was my story with photos restricted/
In my main Gallery the story shows as restricted. Normally I would receive an e-mail along with the restriction. In this case I did not receive any e-mail. So I have no way to find out why it is restricted. This is a story written by my granddaughter talking about an EFY Trip we took her on. Could you please reconsider this restriction?

Emails are no longer send when a photo shows restricted. We do advice you follow the steps in this article and resubmit your photo

The restriction process is a very IMPERFECT process - there are many items that are flagged as being restricted - when they are perfectly in compliance with the rules.
So . . . if emails are not being sent - then what do we do with the numerous items that get flagged in error???

the memories upload process restriction is a very imperfect process and often flags innocent items as restricted.
we clearly need ways To get them unrestricted
I have just tested the process - - and I did get an email when submitting a restricted item.
People should look in their junk/spam folder for the email.
the email comes from: fssupport@msg.familysearch.org
so its possible one could send an email to that address with the pertinent info and get the item unrestricted.
