No puedo crear una contraseña.

Soy Consultor de Historia Familiar de Estaca y tengo a una hermana imposibilitada de trabajar en su árbol por no poder crear una nueva contraseña. Ella olvido su nombre de usuario y contraseña, yo le ayudé, obtuvimos el nombre pero el sistema no acepta ninguna contraseña, sin importar que tipo y cantidad de dígitos tenga. Por favor, me ayudan? Gracias.

    Please be aware that ...

    'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) may be able to help/assist; alternatively, 'FamilySearch' "Support" may 'Transfer' the TELEPHONE Call to the "Global Support/Help Desk"; especially, for Users/Patrons who are Members of the Church (due to the link/connection, between our, Church; and 'FamilySearch', Accounts.

    Please be 'on-hand' to assist the User/Patron through the WHOLE 'Process', such is often required.

    You often need to be part of the "Conversation"; and, help/assist the User/Patron through the process.

    En el sitio web de FamilySearch.org, se puede contactar con Soporte de FamilySearch por teléfono.

    1.      En la página principal de FamilySearch.org , haga clic en Ayuda.

    2.      Haga clic en Comunícate con nosotros.

    3.      Utilice la opción:

    o   Llámanos. Encuentre un número sin tarifa para hablar con un agente de soporte que sirva a su país. Si no se muestra su país automáticamente, haga clic en la flecha hacia abajo al lado del país que sí se muestre, y encuentre su país y haga clic en él.

    Cuando tuve problemas con mi cuenta me contacté con ellos y pude resolver mi problema, sé que usted también recibirá la ayuda que necesita.
