Help - WHAT TO DO - or NOT DO
Am indexing this morning several batches that included this batch - US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C][M34Z-SRB
Problem is 3 of these types say NO IMAGE & 3 of these were indexed & I reviewed them?? Is this a TO DO image or not!!???? Thanks so much!!
My brain is way to foggy this morning!! LOL

We look into this image , they seem to be land records and hey should not be indexed.
Please mark them No extractable Data, these records will likely be done in a different project.

Hi Holleen Hope. The project instructions for the project tell us:
- Index all residential lists, telephone directories, business directories, city directories, and other similar lists of names in the United States and Canada.
- Mark all other images, including full pages of advertisements, county and city histories, lists of elected officials, tables of contents, maps, city and county government officials lists, colonial wills, biographies, military histories, solider lists, family histories, historical essays and voter and census records, in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.
There is no need to review any names if they are supposed to be marked No, No Extractable Data because when you change the entry in Step 1 to No, No Extractable Data, you are going to delete all the indexed information.

I will do that in future - I did review some - question - if I encounter this type of record again with the pages already indexed - do I review them or simply change the box to NO IMAGE and move on?? Thank you so much!!
