'Whoa Back' ... 'hold your horses' ...
Not wanting to leave any stone unturned ...
[ There was ONE Last place, to check ... ]
I FOUND him ...
But, not where you were expecting:
SCOTLAND
'ScotlandPeoples' Website
https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/
Maintained by the Government of Scotland
Surname: MORGAN
Forename: ALFRED WITHEY
Gender: M
Year: 1908
Ref: 587/ 165
RD [ Registration District ] Name: Dalry (Ayr)
'ScotlandPeoples' Website is FREE, to become a "Registered" User; and, to "Search" the "indexes".
The ONLY Cost, is if you want a "Copy" (ie. "Image") of the Record.
The Cost/Fee per Record is quite reasonable.
I use the 'ScotlandPeoples' Website; as, I have "Scottish" Heritage.
Enjoy.
By the way ...
As an aside ...
There is also a 'Group" in the "Groups" Section of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; being:
Scotland Genealogy Research
https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/170-scotland-genealogy-research
[ Just in case you are interested in "Joining", that group ... ].
Good Luck.
I hope this helps.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
I took a 'look' last night in both ...
[ Ireland ]
Irish Genealogy
https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/
[ Northern Ireland ]
'General Registry Office' of "Northern Ireland"
I could NOT find any reference for the Birth (or, Christening) of a Alfred Withey MORGAN (DOB 23Oct1908).
Plus, just on the 'Off Chance', I also checked in 'On-Line' Search facility, of the the 'Civil Registration' for "Birth", of the 'General Registry Office' ( GRO ) of 'England and Wales' = WITHOUT success.
But ...
That Said ...
DO NOT despair ...
Can I humbly suggest, that you consider, "Joining"; and, REPOSTING, your 'Question', in one of the specific 'Group" in the "Groups" Section of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
The particular 'Group' to which I refer is:
"Groups" Section
Home > Groups > Ireland Genealogy Research
Ireland Genealogy Research
https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/104-ireland-genealogy-research
Description:
If you can post a "New Discussion" or "Ask A Question" then you are already in. You will only need to join once. Welcome!
The members of that group are only too willing to help/assist.
Perhaps, the members of that group may be able to point you in the right direction; and, you may get lucky.
Good Luck
I hope this helps>

I feel very strongly, about the matter, of WHO should MARK a 'Comment'; as, an "Acceptable Answer".
And, I have expressed such, in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am sorry ...
Please do not be offended.
'Thank You' in advance.
