Invert the entries for "Recommended Tasks"

Entires on the list of "Recommended Tasks" should be inverted so that the newest entries are placed FIRST (at the top of the list) and the oldest entries LAST, since many of these older entries contain computerized duplicates of existing primary Sources and would contribute nothing new.
