Family members not showing up on my tree

I added my brother and uncle, but they are not showing up when I click on "Tree." My brother shows up under children if I click on one of my parents, and select person, but if I go back to tree he is not there.

Is this a settings thing, or does the site only allow direct decendents? How do I get him to show up on the tree?

    Ah Ha ...

    I 'see' the problem/issue ...

You are using the "Portrait" ('Pedigree') View ...

    [ NOT may favorite view ... ]

NO ... you can OLNY 'see', the Children, in that ("Portrait") View, for a Couple, when you select either Parent; and, then, select 'Tree', for that particular Parent - that Parent is then moved towards the 'Bottom' of the page/screen; where, ALL the Children will then appear below the Parents.

    I hope this helps.

ps: I prefer the "Landscape" ('Pedigree') View.

pps: Whereas, some prefer the, "Fan Chart"; or, "Descendancy", ('Pedigree') Views.

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Question:

When you 'say', "...but they are not showing up when I click on "Tree ...", do you mean the "Pedigree" View?

IF, that is the case; THEN, in the "Landscape" ('Pedigree') View, for example, you need to select that 'downward' pointing 'Arrowhead', to 'see' any associated "Children" for a "Couple".

A Couple ... where their Children, are NO initially displayed ...

Same Couple ... with their Children ... now displayed ...

    Question: Does that help?

    Please advise.

In the first picture you can see my brother listed, but in tree view he is no where to be seen.
