Where are the Vinnytsia Ukraine Records?!?!?!
I enter Ukraine, and hit search, I get results, which all seem to be KIEV. I put Vinnytsia in the state/province box, all of the results disappear. The towns of Vapniarka, Tulchyn, and Zhmerynka are there, and that's where I'm trying to research births from 1870-1915.
The Vinnytsia Oblast was founded on February 27, 1932, its area makes 4.5% of the state's territory. Administratively the oblast's territory is divided into 6 districts (raions). The oblast has 17 cities, 30 towns and 1,467 villages.

Try using the keyword box for the location rather than the place search box.

FYI
I just had a 'look' in the 'FamilySearch' "Catalogue", for "Vinnytsia, Ukraine"
I ONLY looked at that FIRST One.
And, I ONLY found One where there was a "Film"; and, that was NOT "Digitised" (ie. NO "DGS" Number).
[ ie. Just a "Film Reel" Icon ]
The rest where just "Books".
Perhaps, the "Record" Custodians, have NOT allowed, 'FamilySearch' in, to either, "Film"; and/or, "Digitise" their Records.
Just a passing thought.

Even putting Vinnytsia into the location born didn't help.

It DOES NOT look like ANY of the Records from "Vinnytsia" in the "Ukraine" have been "Indexed".
Remember, I ONLY checked that FIRST reference.
In that list that I checked, ONLY "One" has been "Filmed" (but, NOT "Digitised"); and, the rest were all "Books".
You might want to check those other two (x2) references:

That Said ...
It looks like there is (or, was a "Family History Centre" of the Church, there in "Vinnytsia" in the "Ukraine".
Unfortunately, the ONLY "Detail" is a street 'Address' ( NO, Telephone; and/or, E-Mail Address ).

Not all records have been indexed to be searchable in that way.
Try searching from the catalog, and then putting the place in the keyword box.
